Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

1. Who you're contracting with

WaxLogic is the business app for small candle makers — materials, recipes, production, customers, orders and invoices in one place. The service is operated by Wyandot Candle Company LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as WaxLogic. When you create an account or use the service, you're contracting with us on these terms.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You confirm that you're of legal age to enter this agreement, or that you have the authority to bind the business you sign up on behalf of.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Your plan includes you plus up to 2 invited teammates; everyone you invite shares one private company workspace.

4. Free trial, subscription and payment

Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial — no card required. To keep using the service after the trial, you subscribe for $14.99 per month. We accept payment through our online reseller Paddle.com.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payments, billing, taxes, cancellation and subscription mechanics are handled by Paddle and governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the app. If you cancel or your trial ends without a subscription, your account stays readable but you can't add or change records until you subscribe again.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription payments. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. That includes, at minimum:

  • Using it for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property
  • Fraud, spam, or misrepresenting who you are
  • Interfering with the service's security — malware, probing, scraping, or attempts to gain unauthorized access
  • Attempting to access another company's workspace or data

7. AI features

WaxLogic includes AI-assisted writing that drafts outreach emails from your own contacts, deals and product details. When using it:

  • Don't ask for, and don't use the tool to create, illegal, harmful, hateful or deceptive content
  • You're responsible for your prompts, how you use generated text, and checking it for accuracy before you use it
  • AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — it isn't professional advice, so review it before sending to real customers
  • You keep the rights to the content you input; you're responsible for having the right to use it

We may moderate AI features, filter outputs, and suspend accounts that repeatedly misuse them. If a rights-holder objects to content, contact us and we'll act on the complaint.

8. Your data

The records you add — recipes, materials, customers, orders, invoices — belong to you. They live in your own private workspace visible only to you and the teammates you invite. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle data.

If you cancel, your workspace stays readable and nothing is deleted automatically. If you later want your data removed entirely, contact us.

9. Ownership of the service

We own the service — its software, design, brand and documentation — and reserve all rights not granted here. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You may not reverse engineer it, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent its technical limits.

10. No guarantee of uninterrupted service

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, consequential or special damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our total liability under these terms is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in the six months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, death or personal injury.

12. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, don't pay what's owed, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. We'll try to give reasonable notice when we can. On termination, the rules in section 8 about your data apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make a significant change, we'll notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
