Refund Policy

Every WaxLogic account starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time — before or after your trial ends. If you cancel before your trial ends, you'll never be charged.

If you decide WaxLogic isn't right for you after your paid subscription begins, you can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again.

Because your payment is handled by our payment provider, Paddle, refund requests are made directly to Paddle. You can request a refund at paddle.net or contact Paddle's customer service through your receipt email. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
